Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By adding canary to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please remove the bot.
2. Usage
canary is provided "as is" to help you moderate and manage your community. You agree not to abuse the bot, attempt to exploit it, or use it for illegal activity, harassment, or spam.
3. Data
canary only stores the data needed to function — server settings, configuration you set, and basic identifiers (server, channel, role and user IDs). We never sell your data.
4. Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and the bot may be unavailable during maintenance or outages.
5. Termination
We may restrict or remove access for any server that violates these terms or Discord's Terms of Service. You can stop using the bot at any time by removing it.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of canary after changes means you accept the new terms.
